Surveys management for IVAJ

The Instituto Valenciano de la Juventud (IVAJ) has chosen eXcentia in order to implement and deploy a definition and surveys execution system for all possible Institute users and clients. The system will allow IVAJ to advance in their continuous improvement process and to know users opinions and "perceived quality" impressions.

 
QAlitaX in collaboration with TELVENT

Given that one of the main singularities of eXcentia is the analysis and assurance of software quality, TELVENT has contacted eXcentia's services to analyze and guarantee the software quality of one of their main clients in the Comunitat Valenciana. The project applies QAlitaX techniques and methodologies to decect, group and priorize quality violations in software development projects and to collaborate with the developer teams in order to correct such violations.

Migration and consultancy of issues management with JIRA

SEMANTIX, a Spanish company, with offices in Barcelona (Spain) and Florida (USA), specialized in the development of software tools improve communication among people who use different languages, has relied on eXcentia in order to update and execute a consultancy on their issue management systems to the most recent JIRA version (an Open Source issue management system, which is one of our main areas of expertise). The project implies training actions for SEMANTIX personal too.

  
Evolution and Continuous Improvement of Government IT at the GVA

eXcentia is collaborating on the "Evolution and Continuous Improvement" of Government IT for the "Telecommunication services and TIC Services Support (CTSI-GV)" tender, awarded to Capgemini, who has relied on eXcentia to add value in this project section.
The Evolution and Continuous Improvement service will allow to improve, on daily basis, the services offered by CTSI-GV via techniques based on: Model transformation, Service transformation and Continuous Improvement. + Info  

 
"Quality Office" for the AVS workstations management

Bull Spain has relied on eXcentia to participate as an external quality office in the client and personnel workstations management project for the Valencian Healthcare Agency (AVS).
eXcentia's task in the general project framework is to collaborate as an external Quality Office offering a continuous improvement framework for the service and contributing to its proper operation based on ITIL best practices and the ISO 20000 standard.

 
Architecture and quality audit of the e-payment platform for the Treasury Local Department

We collaborated with the Tax Systems Center (Tax Software Service) of the Treasury Local Department in order to audit a recently deployed payment platform in order to improve the service for the citizens. This audit allowed the Department to detect areas of improvement both for this software and for future ones.

Architecture and quality audit of Educative Software

With one of our main partners, eXcentia works on the improvement of learning management software performing an audit of its architecture and quality characteristics.
The study has allowed the client to find multiple violation occurrences whose correction will result on an important improvement of the analyzed software. + Info  

Quality Office of the Valencian Healthcare Agency HelpDesk

TELVENT group, awarded by the Management of the AVS HelpDesk tender (CATS), has relied on eXcentia for the development of the HelpDesk quality office, that will promote continuous improvement of the center in order to achieve high levels of efficiency and quality.

Schools inventory on gvSIG

The Local Government Education administration is embarked in a project to offer cartographical functionality to their schools database.
For that means, the open source tool gvSIG from the Local Government was chosen and eXcentia is in charge of the development of this solution. + Info  

Ticketing Management System for the Local Government Education Administration

eXcentia has deployed an open source ticketing system called OTRS for the Local Government Education Administration. It consists of the deployment, configuration and integration of OTRS with other systems (hardware inventory, LDAP, etc.) already in production, until the client has a complete corporative ticketing system. + Info  

Strategical Consultancy for the IT and Organization service of the CIT

The IT and Organization service of the Administration of Infrastructures and Transport of the Local Government has relied on eXcentia in order to carry out a strategical consultancy to establish improvement aspects and lines to face future organization challenges and to offer the best of possible services.
This consultancy has allowed our customer to reorganize the service with a new authority management.

eXcentia has been chosen by a company in the area of renewable energies in order to develop a web portal to search through the list of subscribed, unsubscribed and not-admited installations in the registry of preassignation of retributions for photovoltaic installations according to the Real Decreto 1578/2008.
The portal also allows its users to find the official announcement for actual date subscription and appliable rates for non-subscribed installations according to several parameters
